The fly-on-the-wall show will follow the family's goings on
Boris Johnson has reportedly been approached with an offer to star in a fly-on-the-wall TV series. Described as a blend of 'The Osbournes' and 'The Kardashians', the programme would showcase the daily life of the former Prime Minister, alongside his wife Carrie Johnson, and their family.
This comes after the former PM was reportedly offered a starring role on the recent series of ITV's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! Sources believe that the series could be a hit with viewers, reports the Express.
The source told The Sun: "As unlikely as it sounds, an At Home With show has become a more realistic prospect for high-profile politicians ever since Jacob Rees-Mogg made his own one this year."

They continued: "Meet The Rees-Moggs was generally well-received when it aired a few weeks ago on Discovery+, and Boris even got several name checks in that series. So producers have clearly adopted the nothing-ventured-nothing-gained approach and contacted the former premier on the off chance he might go for it."
"It just goes to show how, more than two years after leaving Downing Street, there's still huge interest in BoJo. As well as being a politician, he has the profile and personality that makes him a celebrity in his own right."
The production company behind the project is yet to be revealed, but rumours suggest filming could start as early as next year. The same insider alluded that broadcasters like Channel 4 and streaming powerhouse Netflix might be in a bidding war to secure the show's rights.
